What we collect
When you request a Brand Snapshot, you give us your name, brand name, website, category and email address. Nothing else.
The site itself keeps no analytics. We don't follow you between pages, and there are no advertising cookies.

Why we have it
Only to write your Snapshot and reply to you. That's the whole reason.
Your details are never sold, never shared for marketing, and never added to a mailing list. If we email you, it's a one to one reply from diana@cobrandme.com.
How long we keep it
Twelve months. After that, your request is deleted. If you'd like it gone sooner, just ask.
Spam protection
The form runs a quiet check to tell people and bots apart. Most visitors never notice it. These checks look at the form submission itself, not at who you are.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email diana@cobrandme.com and it's done within a few days.
If you're ever unhappy with how your data is handled, you can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
